The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, the place was clean and well maintained, the scenery was amazing. I really had a nice time relaxing and just sinking away in what felt like a really cute and quiet isolated spot.

The view from our room was amazing! The view alone made the hotel great. The room needs a bit of an update but it was good for the one night we stayed. The floors were very creaky and the rooms were not soundproof so you could hear any noise from the hallway. I was a bit confused about where to check in but the staff was kind and helpful. I liked how quiet the area was and it was not a very busy street, but didn’t have great cell service. We had no issues finding parking when we stayed. We didn’t eat at the hotel but ended up going the next town over to have our meals.

We loved the location and rooftop pool of this stay, in Madeira. The room was simple, but clean and we enjoyed the amenities. Staff weren’t too friendly and the breakfast was quite limited, but we enjoyed the room and found a great local restaurant to eat at that evening (Restaurant a Chave).

Amazing staff that treated you with positive energy and they were very helpful. The view from the pool over the whole island and the horizontal view from the hotel room is worth all the money! Would recommend!😊😊
