“I would describe Belo Surf at the Kuanza Nature Experience as remote, comfortable, and beautiful. The stone cabins are brand new and have everything you need for a self-catered vacation. “A fajã da Caldeira de Santo Cristo é um dos lugares de visita obrigatório em S. Jorge. Embora não tenha acesso de carro, existem dois trilhos que permitem o acesso ao lugar. Fizemos o trilho mais pequeno e demorámos aproximadamente 1 hora (levávamos crianças connosco). Alternativamente, este trilho pode ser feito com moto4. Vários habitantes locais fornecem esse serviço aos turistas para facilitar a entrada e saída da fajã. O nosso anfitrião (o Miguel), também se disponiblizou para nos facilitar……

We wish there was better communication from the property, especially for check-in, as well as more availability for the "front-desk" which was never open while we were there. It would be helpful if the property provided some type of guidebook (e.g. do we need to recycle? What do we need to do with garbage before we leave?). “To sum it up: perfect stay. Our house was clean, comfy and the pool a delight. Our host took very good care on us and the first breakfast was included rounding up our vacation. There was some confusing on our behalf, since Expedia noted to get a mail prior to our arrival for access - then we learned that our host is on site already.”

“Wat een geweldige locatie en een geweldig huis. Het aparte is dat je 2 deuren hebt. De ene deur gaat naar zitkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer. De andere deur gaat naar keuken, 2de slaapkamer met badkamer ensuite. Dit maakt deze accommodatie ook leuk. Het terras en de tuin is echt geweldig. Verschillende zitjes, een hangmat, een bbq, een buitendouche. De tuin moet je wel goed ter been voor zijn ivm de rotsige ondergrond, maar wat heeft de eigenaresse er veel liefde in gestopt.
