「Very nice efficiency condo right in the heart of Grafton. Very nice view, enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the deer visit right outside every morning and evening. Clean and comfortable.」

「Very clean, spacious, lots of balcony space, quiet! Would stay again」

「It’s a suite hotel - rooms were very spacious. It’s in a great location. Staff is welcoming and kind. It was exactly what we needed for a last minute trip to check on family.」

「The place was beautiful and decorated well. Our experience was great and i recommend this rental. Would be nice if they honored military discount as I am a veteran. 」

「Our host was responsive to our booking request. Property was in a great location and was well stocked with kitchen and bath items to use and the bed was comfortable. Property does have a common entrance then individual entrances to each unit. My only suggestion would be to add a couple more towels for pool use there was only three and we stayed 2 nights so shared a towel for pool use so we could each have a bath towel for showers.」

「This property is the perfect get-away. Quite relaxing. The beds are super comfy the outside sitting area is quiet and relaxing. The interior is fully furnished very nice quality everything. And you are within 10 minutes of shopping and tons of restaurants. I hated to leave.Hope I can return.」

「We needed a place to stay near to events in Lake St. Louis. This was perfect for us. Quiet. Easy access. Nice to have a small kitchenette area, shower/tub, and big fridge. 」

「This was the perfect rental for the 3 months I was in St. Louis! The building was very safe and secure. Very quiet. The pool was great! Nilse always answered any questions and took care of any issues, even replacing the AC unit immediately when it was over 100 degrees! (Thank you!) The rental was close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. I would highly recommend !」
