  • Bring your suitcase and settle in. This home gives you the space and everyday essentials to feel comfortable on a longer stay, whether you're in town for work or just for a while.



    Make breakfast in your own kitchen, get things done with fast Wi-Fi at the dedicated workspace, and unwind with a show on the smart TV. In-unit laundry keeps your routine going, and the outdoor furniture gives you a spot to sit outside.



    The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to I-75, and Gordon Healthcare and downtown Calhoun are a short drive away.



    GUEST REQUIREMENTS

    We ask guests to care for the home and be considerate of the neighbors. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Kids and families are welcome. A signed rental agreement, ID, and a fully refundable $500 security deposit are required.



    PETS

    Up to two small dogs are welcome, for a $100 fee per dog. We cannot accept dangerous breeds, including pit bulls, chows, and Dobermans, because of insurance restrictions.

We had a wonderful month long stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and the outdoor space was beautiful especially the deer! Our host was very friendly and attentive.

This was a nice property. It was obviously well taken care of. It was clean and well furnished. Bedrooms were spacious with regular sized closets and the bed was comfortable. Granted, it was a duplex in a neighborhood but there were zero issues and everyone we encountered was friendly. We never felt not safe. The WiFi handled all of our devices and the tv with no slowdown at all. Only thing I would fix would be the ability to open the back door fully. It was especially nice to be able to bring our dog and the large backyard was a plus.

Aaron and his wife were great hosts. Good, quick communication. We stayed at their rental for a little over 2 months for a long term job stay. Aaron blessed us with a desk, desk chair and lamp as I work remotely. Very accommodating. Thank you again. God bless you
