From the great welcome at check in from Ciara (who is a wonderful balance of professional, genuine, and fun) everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Building is quite grand and rooms although a little small have all the facilities you need. The bar serves great food, combined with live local music in the evenings. This hotel gives you a great welcome and its central location makes sightseeing around Kilkenny easy. 」
