“Wonderfully located -- close to everything but just far enough away to be calm and quiet. After exploring Stirling, we took the train for a day trip to Glasgow, just 45 mins away. Very easy and just a 10-15 min walk to the station. Beds were VERY comfortable, good closet space and dresser. The second bedroom has very low head clearance, not for the claustrophobic. Also, I must not have paid close enough attention to the listing and didn't realize the bathroom was not on the same level as the……

“We had a great mini break at Dunmor House with family. It is a well maintained, comfortable and well equipped house. There were 14 of us but it didn’t feel in the least crowded. There are numerous sitting areas and it was fantastic that everyone had their own bathroom. The pool table/table tennis table was a great hit with the adults and the mini version games table was a winner with the kids. Loads of garden/conservatory games as well. “Wonderful property for my wife and I - only forty mins from Edinburgh by train and easy to drive to Glencoe and the Lochs Superb accommodation exactly as described and everything worked as it should - even provided an hdmi cable in main tv to link to iPad which is a nice little touch. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay again.”

“Perfect setting for a celebration weekend for all our family. We cooked our meals and sat around the super size dining table in amazing surroundings. We went for walks as we were lucky to have good weather in March. One of us went cold water swimming!! “My wife & I stayed at Inverfyne Cottage for the last week of our 33rd anniversary trip to Scotland. Beautiful surroundings, great views of Loch Fyne only a short walk away. The cottage was very comfortable and inviting. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware & dinnerware, as we cook all our own meals due to allergies. There is plenty of room for 1 or 2 families to stay. “The Kist is in a very quiet rural area located down a windy narrow road. If you desire a beautiful two bedroom cottage with a great kitchen this is a great space for you. We spent 2 nights early April when all of the area fields are sprinkled the sheep and their newborn lambs. We explored the acreage the Kist sits on with beautiful views of the fields and hills, listening to the lambs calling for their moms. So peaceful, serene, yet close enough to a few must see sights such as Stirling Castle……
