The villa is located on a very beautiful and large yard with a view of the Kooibosch nature reserve behind the park. It was thoroughly renovated inside and out in the spring of 2018 after a transfer of ownership.
The highlight of the new, very well-equipped kitchen is a 5-burner gas stove with an electric oven. The dining area with the 2x1m solid wooden table and 6 chairs is a cozy meeting place to eat or just sit together. In the living area, the 2 display cabinets and the table, which have been renovated in a vintage look, catch the eye.
The top floor has a new vinyl floor with a wood look and 6 single box-spring beds are spread over 3 bedrooms. Small renovations have also been made in the bathroom.
A real highlight is the sunny south-facing garden, which is open to the nature reserve (bordered by a canal at the back), where you can really relax while observing nature. The garden naturally includes a terrace with a windbreak, a sturdy patio table with sufficient chairs and a large parasol - there is also an awning. The gazebo has several sun loungers that can be placed on the cozy wooden platform on the edge of the canal or on the large lawn - depending on the wishes of the guests. The garden is fenced at the front and right and left with hedges and/or fences and the privacy of the garden area has recently been increased with 2 wooden partitions including gates.
It is only a 1 km walk to the beautiful, wide and kilometer-long sandy beach. The distance to the bakery or supermarket is comparable.
Bungalow park 'De Buitenplaats'The holiday park 'De Buitenplaats' (150 villas) with reception is very quiet and is only accessible to residents. The park is suitable for young and old, for couples or families, for those seeking peace and quiet, for beachgoers and for nature lovers. A small children's playing field has been set up in the middle of an island. Here, young children and their parents can enjoy, for example, the pirate ship, the football field, table tennis, Jeu de Boules and much more. You can sail, but also fish along the waterfront, so enjoy!
Area of Buitenplaats 21
In the vicinity of the holiday home Buitenplaats 21 there are nice facilities and many activities are organised. In Callantsoog, for example, you will find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a nice snack and drink. A supermarket is around the corner for any groceries.
The beach is within walking distance, where many activities are organized during the summer period. Such as a morning horse riding ride or learn to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The many walking and cycling routes through the beautiful dune area lead you to nearby places such as Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.
