「Dog heaven! We were visiting Fargo for Wrestling Nationals and the entire town was sold out. Luckily, we came across Alpaca Cabin. Well worth the quick 45 min drive east of Fargo. We came up with our two golden retrievers, which can be difficult in a hotel due to their size and activity level. Alpaca Cabin was perfect for our 3 night stay. Plenty of space for the dogs to run. Loved our stay and would definitely book again! 」

「Incredible lake, great location, perfect setup!」

「Absoultely beautiful place and location! Plenty of room for the family to spread out and have their own space and then all come together for meals and just hanging together. Even the 1yr old grandkid did well! Any communication we needed with the host received a prompt replied to and the one issue was immediately remedied.Definitely plan to come back for another family get together in the future!」

Even told us to come down and have a drink with them if we’d like once our kids were in bed. 「This home had lots of room and was well stocked. The circular drive made it easier to get on to the road. There were 2 areas to have fires. It is located less than 10 minutes from a couple of parks with playgrounds and the beach. Many restaurants nearby and grocery store less than 10 minutes away.」

We caught well over 100 during our stay — nice crappies, largemouth bass and rock bass. Great bar/restaurants nearby, including the Long Bridge and Bleacher’s. Both had live music! 「We spent a week at a cozy cabin near Waubun, MN, on Elbow Lake, and it was a fantastic experience. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did encounter a small issue with the septic system, but the owner responded promptly and went above and beyond by offering a large refund for the inconvenience without us even asking. Their attentiveness and accommodation made our stay even better. Highly recommended!」
