"Marina was a fantastic host. The apartment is perfect for a couple. The flat and communal areas were super clean. Marina responded immediately to all requests, but to be honest there was little reason for any contact. Check-in was very easy, car at the door, and the entry code was simple. The apartment is very central with car parks, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. We had a great time."

"Beautiful property! Well situated in the old quarter, near the main mercado and close to many restaurants and bars. Very well decorated with all new furniture and appliances. The staff is very responsive. The only downside was that our room had an intermittent knocking in the ceiling day and night that went on for days."

"This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. We stayed in an exceptionally spacious suite (around 80 m²) that was spotless, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The beds were excellent, and what truly surprised me was the price — it was what I would normally expect to pay for a standard double room. "Hotel Fruela is in a great location, providing a good base for exploring the locality. Oviedo has an abundance of history and is covered by Michael Portillo on his Tours Round Spain on Channel 5, British TV. Worth a look if your thinking of going to this area (Asturias) of Spain. We booked through Expedia, who got us in on the dates we wanted at a very good price. Nothing to criticise, just compliment a very good basic hotel, good beds, showers and clean. "
