The property is easily accessible from street level, with the entrance on the first floor reached via a staircase.Features of Linza Secure parking available, keeping your vehicle safe and shaded from the sun. Just 5800 meters from the beach, offering easy access to sandy shores. A detached holiday resort featuring a private swimming pool for your exclusive use.
Upon entering Linza, you'll find a spacious and modern interior. The entrance level includes: Living room Open kitchen Dining room Two bedrooms Two bathrooms

Enjoy access to the balcony from the open kitchen, dining room, and three of the bedrooms, providing stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.Modern Amenities and Outdoor Enjoyment Linza boasts a modern and functional interior, filled with natural light and a contemporary ambiance. The property covers a built surface of 200 m2 on a plot of 450 m2. Multiple terraces are available for relaxing and soaking up the Spanish sun. The swimming pool is conveniently located at the side of the villa, accessible via stairs. Features a permanent stone BBQ with a fridge, perfect for outdoor dining. Located in the heart of Calonge, Linza is just a short distance from the charming old town, known for its delightful shopping streets and cultural attractions. The nearest beach, Sant Antoni de Calonge, is only 3 km away, providing easy access to sun and sea. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the historic Castle of Calonge and immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of the area.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.


Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.

Superbe maison, bien équipée et avec une bonne literie. Endroit paisible, la maison est située dans les hauteurs de ville à 15 minutes de la plage !
