  • The apartment is situated on the first line of the beach. It has a nice terrace with sea views.

    The building has direct access to the promenade and has free Wifi.

    The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Separate fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, mixer, oven, microwave, washing machine, water kettle, iron and ironing board...

    It has capacity for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, as it has a sofa bed in the living room.

    The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. It also has air conditioning with central heat pump throughout the apartment. It has satellite television with channels as CHANNEL 4, CHANNEL 5, ITV1, ITV3, BBC1 WALES, BBC2 WALES, CNN, CNBC, SONLIFE, BLOOMBERG and BBC WORLD NEWS.

    The building has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for the summer months and a heated swimming pool open from October to May. Both have free access for our clients.

    You have the option of renting an outdoor parking space or garage for an additional cost.

Estancia perfecta a 2 minutos del mar

Andando sólo se tarda 2 minutos en pisar la arena. Tiene una amplia terraza mirando al mar. Está en un paseo marítimo animado y con todos los servicios a mano (supermercados, farmacia, tiendas, restaurantes). Dispone de aire acondicionado, lo que ha venido muy bien para la ola de calor con la que nos encontramos. Tiene 2 baños, con lo cual cada pareja tenía el suyo propio.

The location, the seaview, friendliness of staff, pool, indoor spa pool and car park are great. The bright and cheery accommodation with glass fronted balconies also has the benefit of a dishwasher, free WiFi and a washing machine. It is conveniently located near to supermarkets, pharmacy, hairdresser, dentist, restaurants and general shops. There is also a bus stop and dog park nearby. Linen, sheets are threadbare and towels are so old they are non-absorbent. Curtains are very dirty and are not suitable for the bedroom as they are totally see through. Although there are shutters, these are very heavy and proper lined curtains would be far more convenient and suitable especially from a privacy aspect. Fridge freezer needs replacing as it keeps freezing up and food goes off very quickly in the fridge. The oven needs a wire rack as it is very difficult to use without burning the bottom of dishes. Need instructions on how to open the sofa bed. A few hooks and shelf in the hallway for coats and hats and a shelf for toiletries in the basin area of the en-suite shower would be very useful.
