"I was overcharged, given the wrong room, short a bed and told there was nobody available to help me. "

"I pre-paid for parking and the QR code did not work. So, I paid for parking twice. Continental breakfast was included, but no clarification as to where it was located. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Neighboring guests arrived at 3am, repeatedly slamming doors, yelling and laughing until 5am. For the price, I expected better! "

"We went to the bar asked for 3 different types of drinks that they had on the menu and thy were out of them. When we got back from our show around 10:30 they were closed. And there’s not any other place to walk to."

"Room was clean. Curtain day shade was torn - 6" hole/rip. Mentioned to front desk since they requested credit card for incidentals. Bathroom toilet paper holder and towel hook was pulling out of wall. Outlets were very worn loose and didn't hold device plug."

"Great safe location. Older house but couch and beds were comfortable. It was very clean and pictures of the property were accurate. Pans and kitchen utensils could use an upgrade. House was as described and we had a pleasant stay."

"The home was a perfect place to stay while visiting my cousin who goes to Dayton University. It was close to the campus and the art district (yummy restaurants and cute bar scene). Street parking was easy. House comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed how the host decorated with local Dayton photos. We would stay here again if in the area. "

With so many good restaurants around we never cooked in the home, yet certainly enjoyed a leisurely coffee each morning. We have already made our next reservation!"
