This little house “Dracena” is very pleasant with a south orientation, in a secluded and quiet corner of the residence with a terrace protected by a green pergola.
The very well-kept garden with lawn, flowers and barbecue, luxury deckchairs available, is perfect for relaxing after returning from visits.

The mini-villa is air-conditioned and equipped with a flat screen.
The bedding is a 160 bed with 25 cm **** Épéda Starlight mattress (pocket springs).
A private washing machine is available free of charge (detergent and fabric softener are not provided).

You can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool measuring 6 by 12 meters, with deckchairs, very pleasant, in the shade of a fig tree.
The residence is the ideal starting point for many activities: You will not have to cross an urban center (so no traffic) to get to the magnificent fine sandy beaches (dozen beaches within 10km), towards hiking trails, natural river swimming pools, picturesque villages and the wine and artisan route....

The residence offers many services included in the price: linen (sheets, towels, 2 tea towels), end-of-stay cleaning, wifi, 110 m² reception area with computer, printer, TV.
You also benefit from access at a preferential rate to the Acquavital wellness center, on site, with cardio-weight training area, fitness, (day pass 6 euros/day).
This access is managed by the Acquavital sports association.

The equipment is very complete: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer section, 2 electric burners, traditional oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, dishes and numerous kitchen utensils.

A “grocery stock” (salt, pepper, dishwashing dish) is at your disposal.
