“As others have mentioned before, not ideal if you want to rest and enjoy some quiet time. It’s very loud all around from all directions, people outside in the park, neighbors upstairs and next door.
Check-in instructions are a bit confusing. You have to actually get off the car to do the check-in, so need to find a temporary parking. Access to garage is a bit wonky too.
Aside from all that, the price is great for this unit, it’s generally clean, has everything you need including a washer and……

“Perfect location for travellers wanting beach access in minutes. Sight seeing bus stop around the corner. Supermarket very close. Housekeeper was excellent. Advise travellers to check the room type and amenity. We paid for a kitchen: freezer door missing, no tea cups, no kettle, no toaster!!!! Maintenance poor: blown light globe, broken trundle bed cover, shower drain cap missing. NO AIR CONDITIONING.
Nice property. Check in was a disaster. Property was to email access codes 48-72 hours prior.……

“Very nice studio flat with everything you need. Very comfortable mattress, kitchen fully equipped, TV with range of platforms.
However, it was difficult to air the flat, so the air was stale. It is a ground floor flat and noisy until the early hours.”

“Pros: El piso está muy bien, es tal como se ve en las fotos. Zona muy tranquila y sin ruidos.
La terraza magnífica.
El propietario encantador y muy atento.
Sin lugar a dudas lo recomendaría.
Muchas gracias .”
