「My wife uses a wheelchair. The assessable room is perfect for someone with limited mobility. There is no off street parking. Street parking in front of units is unrestricted. The breakfast provisions are more than adequate and the communal kitchen is the best that I seen anywhere. Location is great over the road from the Pretoria Hotel that has a great dinner menu.」

「I did not expect shared amenities, that wasn't clear when I booked. Took skin off my knee and pulled threads on clothes on the wall in the room, it was so sharp. There is no sound barrier to the hall, you hear everything everyone is saying. On the bright side, the staff were lovely.」

「Really enjoyed our stay at The Louise. The staff there was very attentive and friendly during our 2-night stay there. They always had a smile and made it a truly comfortable experience. The restaurant Appellation had the most amazing and unobstructed view of the vineyards. We found it very relaxing to watch sunset every evening as we dined there. 」

「this Jacobs creek retreet is nothing to do with the wine Jacobs creek. the hotel is located quite far from the major road. room is relatively small. because the houses are very old, and close to the garden. there would have worms on the room floor. barth room is quite dark, though there is a bath tub. garden is very nice. owner is an old couple. 「The location was spot on, quiet and tranquil but there are areas the location could improve on. We where in lodge 2 and the path from the car parking leading up to the lodge could be an issue in the dark with the garden retaining wall called across it partially blocking the clear access」
