「No lounge (only a kitchenette/dining area) and an average bathroom. Odd layout with the second bedroom off the first.
Nice and quiet, very handy, but probably not tot eh standard of newer facilities in Cambridge」

「The air conditioner was broken and there was no heating from the second day and it was cold.
The battery of the electronic key ran out and I couldn't put it in for about 2 hours.
I contacted the owner in a hurry, but it was a pity that he prioritised his errands and did not respond immediately. ( It may be normal in New Zealand, but it was very uneasy for people who came from abroad for the first time)」
