Un excellent sejour

Appartement très bien situé, dans un endroit calme, qui dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour, et d'une propreté impeccable. Pièces de vies et de nuits séparées par une porte coulissante, disposant d'une cuisine / Salon/ SaM fonctionnels, et d'une grande chambre avec lit en 160 + une chambre avec deux lits en 90 superposés. Salle de bain très correcte avec grande douche à l'italienne (dispose d'un lave linge récent). La terrasse est grande et bien amenagée. Ce logement situé au 2éme dispose de plus d'une place de parking privée, couverte et sécurisée (portail avec télécommande). Acceuil et service impeccable : merci à Eduardo Serrure de la porte en bas de l'immeuble récaciltrante, difficile à déverrouiller.

bel appartement. A 1 mn à pied de la plage (10 mn du centre ville). Parking très proche de l'appartement, donc pratique. Super accueil. l'appartement est propre, agréable. Climatisation fonctionnelle.

Appartement calme, emplacement privilégié avec place de parking fermée. Proche du centre ville à pied. Intérieur confortable, bien aménagé. Chambre spacieuse avec lit 160 . Mauvais fonctionnement cafetière, il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine ( économe, couteaux qui coupent, pinces à linge )

Proximité de la plage, du passage maritime et du centre ville. La place de parking couvert. Rue passante mais calme. Le balcon avec vue sur la plage. Le linge de bain était d'un blanc douteux. Manque d'accessoires de cuisine (grande poêle, essoreuse salade, plat à four,..) Clayette de frigo inutilisable car cassée.

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet appartement à 2 pas de la mer. Tout est très fonctionnel et nous avons profité de la terrasse. Eduardo a été très réceptif pour nous.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien situé à 50m de la plage et du Passage Maritime piétonnié avec sa piste cyclable. Centre ville à 10mn à pied par le Passage. Très appréciable la place sur parking fermé et couvert. Très appréciable également le fait que la rue soit une impasse ce qui réduit beaucoup le passage des voitures.. L'appartement très bien et très propre. Literie parfaite, cuisine bien équipée, peu utilisée mais la clim est la bienvenue. Terrasse pas immense mais suffisante pour déjeuner. Très bon accueil par Éduardo pour la remise et le retour des clefs. Séjour à renouveler très certainement.

Super Apartment, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Hervorragende Lage, Strandnähe, wenige Fußminuten zur Innenstadt und genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Apartment sehr sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, TV, Küche und Utensilien, heller, geschützter und überdachter Balkon mit Meerblick). Internationale Sendervielfalt im TV (nur spanische Sender empfangbar), fehlendes Bügelbrett, kein Tisch am Sofa.
