"El apartamento en general se encontraba en buen estado ubicado en una zona tranquila. Tuvimos un problema con fugas de agua al utilizar la grifería de la cocina, el sumidero estaba atascado y el desagüé tenía también perdidas de agua, era bastante incómodo utilizarlo aparte del consumo de agua innecesario. Además, la barbacoa se encontraba bastante sucia. Se informó a la inmobiliaria en varias ocasiones de estos problemas y de otras imperfecciones del apartamento que desconocían, aportándoles...

"La Villa est parfaitement située peut être pas à 30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien fréquentée (familles) et pas surchargée. La terrasse de la Villa est très agréable, et vu qu'elle est à 1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allées retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rénovation s'impose, ampoules, lampes à remplacer, moustiquaires à réparer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites...

Je kan lekker in de buurt eten. Boodschappen halen was met paar min rijden. We wilden zelfs wat langer hier verblijven. Maar was helaas niet meer mogelijk. "

La casa es perfecta por espacio y ubicación ( aunque no esté cerca de la playa, se tarda muy poco en ir) La piscina genial La mesa exterior es pequeña y con sólo 4 sillas cuando la casa es para 6/8 personas. Poner aire acondicionado en el resto de habitaciones ( hay dos que no tienen)."
