“Imagine walking into a warm and cozy suite illuminated by Christmas tree lights and the reflection of Penobscot Narrows Bridge on the bay and freshly fallen snow AFTER a 24-hour flight delay. This was the welcome Lauri created for us when we arrived at midnight.
