A low-key motel with an astonishingly, beautiful view, clean rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, beautiful walking grounds, swimming pool, and handy continental breakfast. Again, the view was breathtaking! I would definitely stay there again

Amazing views, and I appreciated that the bedding all seemed new… though the mattress pad was plasticized and made noise all night 😔 The location was amazing. The buffet breakfast could definitely be improved - no eggs or yogurt, or even skim milk, which seem to be standards even at low-end chains these days. Otherwise a great, easy stay with kind office staff.

Property was very nice. Clean well kept. Only thing I’d change would be the fan in the bathroom. Loud to the point I stepped out to brush my teeth. It came in with light so couldn’t shut it off.

The hotel is a motel where you can park outside your room. The room was clean and comfortable (king bed). The balcony faces the water and sunrise. There is a nice area with continental breakfast. The Wifi did not work. Went to the desk twice and still couldn't get it to work.

The view and the grassy area was beautiful. Parking was easy, but we had to carry our suitcases down the stairs to the room. Just a FYI when you book a room and can’t do that. I wish that we wouldn’t have had the spiderwebs and spiders outside our room where the chairs were. Breakfast was very limited to cereals and waffles.

It's conveniently located and there is a great view from the rooms. There is no microwave in the room and so you have to go downstairs and down to the middle to find a microwave and ice machine. Which is fine, just not convenient. The breakfast offered is nothing to write home about and you can't really eat much if you're GF.

The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The exterior of building was not as well maintained as it could be. The location was very convenient to the town of Rockland which is what we wanted. And the town of Rockland’s Lobster Festival was outstanding!

It was great to have a balcony overlooking the Bay. A nice treat! Breakfast is poor. 2% milk-no other option. OJ was like water, small muffins were decent but coffee was exceptionally weak. Keurig in room was the better option but only two packs of it. Room was clean, towels were abundant, only 1/2 roll of tp/no extra roll!

This is a basic motel room without frills. Our room was clean but the stained chair and stained ironing board as well as the cobwebs made it feel neglected. Breakfast was coffee and muffins, nothing freshly made. The bed and shower were decent. The biggest disappointment was the sliding glass door overlooking the water, which we paid extra for. The handle was missing and the slider was hard to open. There was no screen so we could not sleep with the slider open.
