The cabins smelled fresh, heated bathroom doors, the main lodge was warm and inviting - full of tchotchkes that you want to take home. “Loved, loved, loved it! Right downtown Camden. We walked to the Grand Harbor Inn for supper looking over the harbor then on to the Camden Cove for Ice Cream. We walked back licking our ice cream cones. The unit was super clean, the beds were comfy, and the shower was hot! We had a continental breakfast the next morning in the kitchen (avocado toast) while chatting with another guest. We totally recommend this place!”

“The room was filthy. There was chunks of mud on the floor. The shower had hair left in it. My son and I refused to walk around without shoes. There was a broken outlet right by the bed so we weren’t able to charge our phones. In the morning, starting at 9am we got knocks from housekeeping repeatedly until finally after the 4th occurrence I opened the door in my pajamas. Nothing was landscaped and the windows were unlocked.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Rockland Talbot House. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very, very comfortable. The property is a beautiful, well kept house from the 1800's with lots of character and original pieces. The Inn has a wonderful coffee machine with hot lattes, cereal, oatmeal, muffins and other pastries for breakfast as well as fresh fruit, juices and yogurt. The Rockland Talbot House is only a few blocks away from downtown Rockland and for those of you who love……
