Absolutely beautiful 2bd/2ba unit in coveted Clearwater at the 8mm of the Big Niangua. Brand new to the rental market!

Remodeled kitchen, king master, tv’s throughout including the deck which includes it’s own large beverage fridge.

Complex amenities include two pools, playground, volleyball and entertainment pavilion with fire pit.
