Great family trip

Overall it was a great place for all of us however the cookware needs to be replaced as well as repairs or replacement of the upstairs bathroom shower door. Plenty of room for the 11 of us and it was comfortable and great views of the lake.

Lake Get Away

The house was great for my family and I. We have 3 adult kids with 4 grandkids under age 2. It was nice to be able to hang out, swim, and boat. We played games, used the grill, and enjoyed many meals in our VRBO. Lots of space to run around and enough space to sleep comfortably away from crying infants

New Years w/ Friends

Property was exactly what we needed for six couples to hang out for New Years. Lots of space for all of us to spread out. Enjoyed the lot area with pool table and poker table and having a second flat screen TV. Great location and easy access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider for future bookings. Our stay was only a few days but for long stays, just a note that there was barely enough bath towels/wash cloths for each person to have one so it was nice having washers/dryers. A little disappointed the fireplace didnt work but that didn't make or break our trip.

Some suggestions

No washcloths. Not enough towels. Remotes all over the place. Could have used directions. Pool towels would have been nice. Fun with pool table and pomer table. Plenty dishes etc.

This is the second condo we have rented at this complex. It’s a convenient location with nice pools (still open this hot September weekend and we definitely used one!) and lake views. This condo was perfect! All bedrooms have a king or queen bed so it was great for couples! With 2 kitchens and 6 bathrooms you definitely had plenty of privacy and space. Would rent again for sure.

Everyone enjoyed the roominess. The grandkids loved it. I would suggest they fix the ceiling fan on the outside deck and maybe power wash the exterior but the interior was just fine.

Family Vacation

The Penthouse was very nice. Everything was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook for all 14 of us. Location was reasonable to everything we wanted to do. Lots of space for all of us to spread out. Would definitely recommend. If we do another group trip, we would definitely rent again. Thanks!!

Ozark condo

Overall it was a nice property and it was a great size for our large family. We loved having the 2 kitchens. Big downfall was that with 6 bathrooms we did not find their to be enough hot water, we would take a couple showers and the next showers were cold. Other downfall was no instructions for how to use the fireplace and when we did figure it out it worked for the afternoon but then ran out of propane.

The location of the residence is perfect, and we were really looking forward to our stay. However, we’ve encountered several issues that have made the experience less comfortable than expected.• The floors were dirty upon arrival, which gave a poor first impression and inconvenience to our stay.• The coffee machine isn’t working, which was disappointing as we were hoping to use it daily. There was a solution offered but we found our own solution.• There were no dish towels provided, which made basic kitchen tasks difficult.• A door handle fell off, and one of the curtains came down, which felt unsafe and inconvenient.• The refrigerator is leaking, and the ice machine doesn’t work.• Most of the pans are very old, scratched, and not in usable condition.• Overall, there aren’t enough basic household items to support a comfortable stay.• The BBQ was extremely dirty and not in a usable state.We understand that occasional issues can arise, but the number and nature of these problems were quite unexpected especially considering the price of the rental. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the house has great potential and the location truly is wonderful.

Disappointing overall

This condo has not been upkept very well at all. The floors were extremely dirty as well as the counters and sinks. Everyone had to keep their shoes on our their feet were black within minutes. The white carpets were disgusting, I would say from the black feet/shoes going up and down the stairs. If you are paying a cleaning service they are not getting the job done, better find some others. The dishwashers smelled terribly. No dish towels or dishrags at all, yes there is a dishwasher but no way to rinse out the dishes with a rag before putting them in the dishwasher itself. Skillets were very scratched and things stuck. Grill was horribly small, when cooking for a group you need a larger grill. Lack of bath towels was disappointing, if you are expected 14 people to stay with 2 towels per bathroom, that is just unheard of for most people. Showers upstairs both had issues with the doors. Beds upstairs are very uncomfortable. Railings upstairs are falling apart. Need to have screens on outside balcony, especially if littles are around. I am not usually one to complain but honestly this is one of the worst VRBOs we have rented. We have been doing family vacations, girls trips, etc. for over 8 years now and this is by far the worst. Never had this many issues.

Lake Condo

Pros: Overall we had a good stay at this lake condo. It is nicely decorated and has great view of the Lake of the Ozarks. It has two kitchens with plenty of utensils, dishes, and cookware. They provided coffee which was a very nice little bonus. It has a nice open floor plan. The two king beds were very nice comfortable beds. Cons: The main master bedroom had very obviously unwashed sheets on it and the other beds had very poor quality uncomfortable mattresses on them. Overall I would recommend this condo. We had a great stay with only the two issues listed above.
