Strategically located in Camerano, just a few hundred meters from the town center and within easy reach of all main services. The beaches of the Conero Riviera are about 8 km away and easily accessible by car.



Description:

Bright apartment on the second floor, fully renovated and tastefully furnished. Ideal for a comfortable stay in a quiet yet well-connected area.

The apartment consists of: a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, dining table, and kitchenette; one double bedroom; a bathroom with shower box; and a hallway with washing machine.



Additional amenities:

Air conditioning in all rooms.

Private parking space in the shared courtyard.

Pets allowed.
