"Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but ..."

"Very clean hotel in great location from Airport, we checked in at 2am and it wasn’t a problem. Handy shuttle taxi to airport for only 5 euros, just remember to book in advance. Plenty busses from airport into central Milan. Recommend for late night flights into Bergamo"
