“Arrived at 3:30 to check in found an envelope taped to door with my room key and letter that they are closed Tues and Wed. Go to assigned room and someone is living there. Assigned a second room same thing. There were also two other rooms with room keys in the door knobs ( they use old style metal keys). After waiting over an hour for staff at another hotel to get ahold of the manager we were given another room not the room I booked and paid for. We ended up leaving and heading the 3 hr drive……
