“I’ve been going on vacation for the last six weeks every week. I’ve been at a different place. This is my favorite place. I’ve ever been to in the entire time of my life. The hosts were very, very, very helpful. The best people I’ve ever met rent out a place. The location is pristine. The fishing is world class this place is heaven since I’ll be back for the rest of my life every year. I will make it a point to make this a family tradition port Authority Sabine pass is the future of fishing.”

“Property was absolutely gorgeous. So much better than being in a hotel room. Going to recommend it to other people.”

“Everything was great the only thing the bath area did not have places to hang thing but It was an excellent stay”

“The property was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable! We used the grill. The host was very responsive. We were able to do our laundry, which is a very helpful thing when you are traveling a lot. I would definitely recommend it!”

“Great place to stay”

“There was not a Welcome Binder with operational directions,Like where to put trash or bed sheets or where to get groceries,Supplies etc. There were roaches, especially in the kitchen. Only 3 coffee cups. No shampoo or body wash in showers. No soap of any kind, only a bottle of conditioner. Price was way too high for this rental.”

“Hosts were excellent … great communication… amenities were off the wall … enjoyed the serene and peaceful surroundings… enjoyed canoeing and fishing as well … highly recommend this place as an outing for any family… blessed to have found this place …..God willing we will return next year”

“Place was great may need a few updates like some tiles may need replacement home is very nicely redone down fall only has 1 bathroom other than that everything was great”
