The living room, bathed in natural light from the numerous windows, is furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can relax after a day of exploration. The space offers lovely views of the surroundings, creating a cozy yet inviting atmosphere.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals effortlessly. For your convenience, a dishwasher simplifies post-meal cleanup, while a washing machine and ironing equipment ensure all your laundry needs are met during your stay.

The two bedrooms feature plush king-sized beds dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Ample storage is provided, allowing you to settle in comfortably. For families travelling with young children, the property includes a crib and highchair, making it an ideal choice for those with babies.

The bathroom is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience, ensuring you feel right at home.

The property is located in Seixas, a charming parish in Caminha. One of the highlights of Seixas is its location along the Minho River, which offers breathtaking views and opportunities for activities such as fishing and boating. Nearby, the serene Pedras Ruivas Beach, just 1.5 kilometres away, provides a peaceful retreat for those seeking tranquillity by the water.

For history and culture enthusiasts, the historic town of Caminha is only 3 kilometres from Seixas. Here, visitors can immerse themselves in the charm of medieval architecture, explore traditional markets, and visit landmarks like the Caminha Clock Tower. Slightly farther away, about 10 kilometres to the east, lies Vila Nova de Cerveira, a town renowned for its vibrant art scene and cultural events, including its famous art biennial.

Outdoor lovers will find plenty to enjoy in Seixas, with a variety of hiking and cycling trails that wind through the region’s stunning landscapes, offering captivating views of the Minho River.

Seixas is well-connected to the rest of Portugal via the nearby train station in Caminha, making travel convenient and accessible. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
