“Great historical feel with all the current updates and amenities! It was so nice and cozy. The decor was beautiful and promoted local artists. A lovely cottage that we would highly recommend.”

“This was a great place to stay. The location was great. Right by the lake with beautiful sunset views. About 20 minutes from town and a beautiful drive. All the comforts of home and as the description says no internet for a peaceful get away but phone service is no problem. Lots of DVDs to choose from. It was nice to disconnect. Definitely will be back. Be sure to take the Jefferson Ghost Walk tour, Busy B Ranch Wildlife Safari, and Ole Jiggers Caddo Lake Adventure boat tour. You won't……

“Wonderfully kitted for young families! Everything we needed and more. Lovely hostess as well. ”

“The host was extremely communicative and the house had well-thought out amenities, including coconut waters for us on arrival and various little treats like undereye masks. The floorplan had a good amount of space. But the house itself needs some repair, including the foundation which is sinking in one corner and cracked the tile flooring in the middle room, and one toilet which had to be flushed from inside the tank. The host said he was working to resolve this. We didn’t have any major issues……

“So clean, private, loved the fire pit. Free laundry facility is huge plus. The only downside was the couch. Not so comfy. Hosts were very responsive with any of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!”
