“Our stay was one of the best we have had. Staff were welcoming and thoughtful. The hotel has a very calm environment, which is a great place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Special mention of Mohammed the manger, who was so helpful. The food was great, with a large section to choose from. The choice of indoor or outdoor pools was also an added bonus. “We stayed 3 nights in this charming riad earlier this week, and we could not have wished for more. Marco the owner welcomed us with mint tea and biscuits and showed us on a map the best places to visit. We felt very welcome. The room was very comfortable, and everywhere was spotless. The whole place is extremely quiet due to the thick walls and all the windows are on the courtyard. We took our first meal there and it was delicious. “The location is far from the centre and medina which took dh60 to medina. The air con of the room was not working..we required to change another room or repair it....the staff kept ignoring us..made us very disappointed. The swimming pool is nice and there is a balcony in every room. But overall I won't recommend ppl live in here coz it didn't deserve this price.”

“Met at the airport and driven to a tiny entrance door in the wall of a maze! Once inside the cool reception area a few formalities were covered, and I was shown to my room. Mr Abdou was kind and courteous, answering any questions and showing me the walking route to the city centre. The Tagine was excellent and the room was comfortable.”

“We got to the hotel at around 1am, The staff member couldnt find the booking, took around 10 minutes to find it on his system 2nd, i booked this hotel due to getting a free upgrade if rooms were available, exec and family rooms were available but the staff member serving us could not give us an upgrade as he did not know how to and the main staff had gone home for the night 3rd - had 1 bath towel in the bath when room was booked for 2 people ”
