“Decent rooms. Did not smell of smoke. Next to casino that seemed pretty empty midweek. Local Mexican restaurant in camp verde was packed and the food proved why. Excellent. Nearby national forest and sedona only 20 minutes away made this a fun bike riding / hiking/exploring base camp.”

“First, there is no where to put Heat Sensitive items several hours before check in. I wasn’t in the position to pay and extra 40.00 for 1 hr early check in, that started me not feeling welcome. Next when I did check in, the room looked like they hadn’t cleaned and dusted, I spilled some water on the floor, cleaned it up with one of the white wash cloths towels and it was black from the floor. The bathtub rubber stopper had mold on it, the sink faucet/ filthy and gross, the beds were……

“The pool was closed and I was not aware that it would be before we booked, so that was disappointing. We were actually moved to a different space which looked nothing like the listing on expedia. The space was clean and had all the things we needed at the time. When we had a problem with the coffees maker the property owner was very quick to respond and fix it. He was also just very friendly and welcoming and made great suggestions for activities for us to do on our vacation.”
