“Pros: You can feel that Judy, the owner of the villa, lives there herself. It's designed and decorated with a lot of thought and you have everything that you need. From a modern washing machine, to all types of kitchen utensils, Netflix access, etc.. It feels like a true holiday home. The location is perfect. Beautiful views over the valley, sunshine at the pool all day round, some sheeps next door that you only hear in the distance, but still close enough to grocery stores (by car). Judy was……

“Pros: The house was great, good airconditioning, nice facilities, swimmingpool but also the kitchen, bbq and sitting areas. Also the host was very kind, explained everything and maked sure we had a nice stay. Cons: If you want to go somewhere, also supermarket you need a car to come there unless you want to do everything with taxi. Nothing is on walking distance.”

“Pros: Die Finca bietet alles was man für einen ruhigen Poolurlaub mit der Familie braucht. 3 tolle, relativ neu renovierte Doppelzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer, eine bestens ausgestattete Küche, ein großer Pool mit Flachwasserzone, ein gemütlicher Grillplatz, eine separate Terasse vor dem Haus, ideal zum Frühstücken. “The owners are lovely and very charming and greeted us very warmly - the property however isnt well suited for a family with young children. The pool is absolutely tiny and so small its barely usable, I found the pictures quite misleading in that regard. The house is very dark with few light sources, and there is no AC so the house is not suitable for holidays in August. We found it very expensive for what it is. The gardens are lovely and very well kept. ”

“We were 8 guys. We spent a very nice week here. We had everything to fell good. I recommend this house to who would like to relax and be quiet in a beautiful space. The piscine is amazing and they give us also some sun umbrella for the beach. If we came back to Palma we would rebook this house certainly”

“Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area. “Die Gastfamilie der Unterkunft waren super Hosts. Das Haus ist gross mit viel Stauraum und einer grossen Küche. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und man kann hier super Ferien verbringen. Es isch schön grün und man hat seine Ruhe. Auf dem Grill in der Küche kann man Mahlzeiten zubereiten und einfach die Zeit geniessen. Als Fahrradgruppe war die Garage perfekt für die Fahrräder und unsere Utensilien. Durch die Host haben wir sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft erfahren und bei Fragen standen sie……
