“Jennifer was a wonderful host and always responded to emails within minutes. The house truly was a “Cozy Cottage”. ”

“First problem was the lock box combo is wrong. We came when it was just getting dark. My wife and I tried the combo multiple time’s still would not unlock. We had to use the emergency key. From what the neighbor was saying the lockbox has been broken for a while and still it’s not fixed Second problem, bathroom sink was clogged up had to plunge it to get all the hair and everything out of it It’s not quite unclogged, but good enough to get the water to drain maybe some Drano or clean out the……

“Terribly maintained, excuses from the host, will never book again. Frozen hot tub, no heat in the unit and they didn’t even have blinds for a glass door that sees everything. I’m pursuing a refund & can only hope the host cares enough to actually fix things. Do not stay here when it’s cold, they don’t care about the property. ”

“Great everything was clean and rural private”

“The property was great for our dogs, the most pet-friendly place we have stayed so far, the host was wonderful and very responsive, and lots of amenities were provided. Everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided; lots of attention to detail. The backyard was beautiful, with a very nice hot tub, grill, and fire pit. We would love to stay again when we return to Lynchburg. ”

“Great place. We really enjoyed the isolation in the woods with views of the Blue Ridge mountains. We had a great time with family there and would definitely come back again. Only complaint was the spiral staircase. Since there is no bathroom in the loft I had to navigate the stairs a few times a night to use the bathroom. Not easy for a senior. ”
