“We loved our stay. The interior space was perfect for us, but the hot tub and exterior amenities took the cake!! It was great being that close to the lake and having a great bar/restaurant a few steps away.”

“It was a good experience overall. The owners were very receptive to texts and responded quickly. It is a cute cozy house but definitely requires maintenance; squeeky doors and floors, hard to open windows. Backyard and hot tub rated at 4, cleanliness rated at 2.”

“The house is in a great quiet location on a little cove of Smith Mountain Lake. It is away from things enough to have privacy but still not a long drive to stores, restaurants, etc. We were in town for a family wedding at a local venue. The house was good for myself, husband, daughter and son-in-law. I chose a pet friendly house so I could bring my oldest dog with me. However the stairs inside the house were too steep and slippery for him to use safely and I would also not recommend for anyone……

Everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided; lots of attention to detail. The backyard was beautiful, with a very nice hot tub, grill, and fire pit. We would love to stay again when we return to Lynchburg. ”

“Great place. We really enjoyed the isolation in the woods with views of the Blue Ridge mountains. We had a great time with family there and would definitely come back again. Only complaint was the spiral staircase. Since there is no bathroom in the loft I had to navigate the stairs a few times a night to use the bathroom. Not easy for a senior. ”
