"Thoughtfully appointed. The basic amenities were all there. Loved having the waterbottle station. Would have liked a towel rack near the sink and an extra bath towel. Breakfast had lots of selections."

"Great location for resort, everything you need in one place. Limited pet friendly rooms but let them know in advance to accommodate you. The room we stayed in was big, clean and looked recently renovated. However would have been good to have some basic amenities like microwave, hangars, side tables, toilet paper holders."

"We have stayed here many times over the years so this was quite upsetting for it to be as bad as it was, especially being for a milestone special event. The room was not what I had booked months in advance and it was filthy, so before we unpacked I cleaned. The onsite staff tried hard to make things right but it was clear that management did not care nor offer proper support to their staff, one of whom was crying when we went to our room due to being treated poorly by her employer. (On her first day I might add) The second day of our 3 night stay we were moved to the room I had originally booked which was also not completely clean and stunk. We met some wonderful guests and saw some that suggest this is about to be Campbell Rivers next SRO that management simply don’t care about. We heard how bad management is the entire time we were there from many of the staff. We were also told that the manager goes in and changes bookings to reflect a better availability of suites and the ability to charge more, which also occurred to us, I was charged more than $200 than the quoted online booking. As sad as it makes me I would definitely no longer recommend anyone booking here, and certainly will never stay again."

"Room was clean. But although heat was turned off, no AC and the fan/ionizer did nothing to cool the room; opened the window the max 6” it would go (3rd floor) and room was so hot we couldn’t sleep together and didn’t even use a sheet. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, overcooked and bland. Parking areas had lots of garbage and discarded cigarette butts and outside hotel appearance was extremely aged and tacky. If we hadn’t already prepaid we would have left."
