“Beautiful hotel and property with excellent customer service except for my checkout experience. Lisa at the front desk was very rude and condescending to me and needs to be reminded by management on what good customer service means.”

“The hot tub worked on Friday night. Did NOT work sat. night. The clerk said she didn't know anything about it. Was never looked at while we were in there. Breakfast was good. The Fri night clerk was awesome. Very helpful when our door key card wouldn't work to let us back in our room, Happened a couple of times. Will definately stay again.”

“A landmark in Elkhart Lake, it was great to be able to stay here on my trip to town. Meeting the family that owns and operates it was a treat, working the front desk or in the restaurant, always friendly and pleasant! I highly recommend it!”

“Very nice stay. Beautiful view, lots of wildlife/water fowl to see. Hot tub was nice. Only thing I would mention is that there is a lot of stairs to deal with going to master bedroom for someone who has mobility issues.”
