"Overall hotel is good location and views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The one disappointment was the club lounge. Have stayed there several times before and the offering in the club lounge appears to have declined. First night they ran out of wine glasses and options were limited. Also on checkout the foyer was filled with bags as they do not appear to have a separate baggage room so navigating around bags. If staying the rooms and staff are good but I do not recommend the club option"

"Well organized shuttle service to & from airport, which is always important for airport hotel. Good breakfast in a pleasant space, very comfortable room, bed, pillows. No complaints at all."

"The best hotel location if you need to stay near the Hong Kong airport before or after a flight. The hotel is connected via an enclosed bridge walkway. You can even go to-and-from the hotel and airport for food and drinks."

"I have stayed here a few times and the property while nice is looking a bit tired and a bit 1990s. Having said that the rooms are clean and I would stay here again but they need to do some renovations soon. The staff are generally unfriendly but not rude. They just do what they have to do, mind you how difficult is it for them to put up with customers these days. Good solid accommodation but nothing to get excited about. "

"Very disappointing experience. I always use the “parking” filter when booking and expect results to reflect properties with reasonably available parking for guests. If parking is limited, this should be clearly disclosed, excluded from filtered results, or allow pre-booking at the time of reservation with real-time availability. The listing and pre-arrival message stated parking could not be booked in advance and must be arranged at check-in. Upon arrival, the garage entry showed a red light, preventing access. After waiting 5–10 minutes, I attempted to call the property for 15 minutes with no answer. The loading area was full, leaving no practical place to stop. Using the garage call button, I eventually reached staff and was told parking was unavailable as I had not pre-booked—despite being told this was not possible via Expedia. This conflicting information resulted in me parking over three blocks away and carrying my belongings to the hotel. Expedia support also attempted to contact the property without success. To date, there has been no resolution or compensation. Given the misleading information, lack of support, and inconvenience caused, I believe compensation is justified. The room itself was to be expected in terms of "budget" amenities, but it was also very run-down with damage and scuff marks to several walls. Budget should apply to amenities, not a property in disrepair and unacceptable service."

"The cleanliness of the room service is quite inadequate. They are not completing the entire cleaning process. On the final day of my stay, I misplaced my face cleanser bottle. I reported this to the front desk, and they confirmed that they had not seen the face cleanser bottle and do not discard guests' belongings. I stayed for four nights, but the loss occurred only on the last night. I feel that their honesty is questionable. I hope the hotel management will take this matter into consideration."
