“Very clean and tidy location to stay. The unit was fairly cold upon arrival but with the provided heater it was more than comfortable. More than enough extra towels provided and communication was excellent! Only suggestion of mine would be that it would be nice to have salt/pepper and oil for cooking as I had to purchase some before cooking”

“Great little insanely clean, comfy apartment. Directions to find it really easy and correct. The house and huge lot are not sending out inviting vibes, but the apartment itself is so sweet and charming. And did I mention clean? Very pet friendly but yard not fenced, so keep a dog on a lead. We would stay again. Thank you Sarah and Dean and we again apologize for our bugging you. Trish, Sheila, and Murphy”

“The property met my expectations. Check in couldn't have been easier. The place was beautiful and very clean. Having a parking space was a bonus. The owner was very helpful. Having access to Netflix was a bonus. I would rent this place again without hesitation.”

“The place was excellent we were very pleased. Maybe better access to back area with chairs and access to barbeque would be nice as well! Great spot”

“We enjoyed the proximity of the rental to our visit with family in the area. The basement apartment provided comfortable beds for five people and the opportunity to use the washer and dryer. The host did not provide a phone number or encourage face to face contact but encouraged communication strictly through the VRBO website. We requested top sheets (that were missing from the beds) but did not receive them. The bathroom was small, clean and well appointed. The living space is quite cramped……

“My girlfriend and I have done little getaways for 15 years and this property was one of our favorites! Private and beautiful and clean… There is nothing to improve!”

“Quite good, exactly what we're looking for.”
