“Teníamos el apartamento reservado para semana santa 2022, habiendo viajado desde desde Barcelona. Tras haber recibido mail de confirmación, haberse cobrado la estancia, etc.. al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada nos indicó que el apartamento estaba ocupado y no lo había gestionado desde esta plataforma, por lo que nos quedamos sin alojamiento. “Nous avions pris ce logement pour avoir un pied à terre où dormir lors de notre participation à la course VTT RIOJA BIKE RACE. Le logement est impeccable, accueillant jusqu'à 6 pers dont un couple. Nous étions 4 donc l'idéal en termes de place. Equipements très corrects, literie également, et le tout situé non loin de la voie rapide jusqu'à Logroño qui se trouve à 20-25min. La procédure d'arrivée est ok avec un système de boite à clefs. L'emplacement central de l'appartement est parfait (rue piétonne) pour Estrella.
