The house is absolutely beautiful as is the surrounding! We had an excellent stay. The staff (esp. Andrea) were very helpful with any enquiry. Everybody is really relaxed. The hotel has many areas to relax, such as a bar, pool table, several sitting areas, fire places, games etc. The restaurant is excellent, as is the breakfast. It is a very pleasant place to be, it was everything we expected from the pictures and more. We travelled with our tiny dog. She was very welcome. We enjoyed the big garden with snow but will definitely come back in summer time too.

Bursch experience
È un recupero architettonico assolutamente notevole e scrupolosissimo. Data la struttura si rivela molto dispersivo e frammentato.
Trovo discutibile la scelta delle camera standard minuscola e con il gabinetto en plain air dietro il letto e priva di qualunque confort malgrado il prezzo non proprio "popolare"

Più che un soggiorno una esperienza da ricordare
Hotel di rara concezione, praticamente una dimora con personale di servizio. Ambienti incredibilmente affascinanti, dal carattere antico, lussuoso, ricercato. Ogni ambiente è una sorpresa, dalla hall ai banconi dei bar, alla cucina, alla sala giochi, tutto un susseguirsi di piacevoli sorprese, oggetti antichi, ricordi, storia. Abbiamo dormito nella Suite America, ambienti ricchissimi di oggetti, camera confortevole, con camino, balcone sulle montagne, chiusure finestre elettriche, lampade e prese ovunque. Sala e salotto ampi, con enorme camino, tavolo per 8 persone, molto luminoso, comodo, con particolare accesso diretto tramite scala alla sala ristorante nel piano di sotto. Bagno grande con vasca e doccia, doppio lavandino, molto curato con ottima biancheria, accessori bagno, luci, candele, tutto fantastico.
Esperienza cena a nostro parere non all'altezza delle aspettative, ambiente comunque raffinato e servizio buono. Limitata disponibilità di piatti, qualità del cibo sufficiente. Pane ottimo, disponibilità dei vini molto buona.
Colazione ottima, prodotti freschi e buonissimi, servizio impeccabile.
Disponibili ad organizzare eventi, feste, matrimoni, hanno disponibilità di ambienti al chiuso e all'aperto per ogni particolare situazione da personalizzare.

Meravigliosa ristrutturazione di un antico agglomerato di case di montagna. Grande attenzione ai particolari. Ottimo livello di comfort. Spazi comuni ben studiati e molto accoglienti.

Exceptionnel !
Une étape imprévue et une excellente surprise ! Nous avons tout aimé : le site de l'hôtel, son originalité, la qualité exceptionnelle de la suite familiale, l'accueil chaleureux,... Le tout pour un prix très raisonnable compte tenu des prestations et du week-end du 15 août. Une autre belle surprise à notre arrivée assez tardive : le restaurant, sur place. Excellent repas, dans un écrin de verdure superbe. Nous avons été totalement séduits !

Una perla rara
Raramente mi è capitato di soggiornare in un posto così bello nel senso più ampio del termine. L’impeccabile accoglienza, l’ospitalità, la pulizia e la cura per i dettagli fanno di questo posto un oggetto raro, unico nel panorama biellese. Merita davvero, ci tornerò!
