The property is walking distance to ocean with great restaurants and bars nearby. Check in was quick though we were taken by surprise of added fees for linen per person. I did go back to read Expedia property details and this is stated as part of additional fees. I would not have reserved this room as it was already overpriced without added fees. After they showed us to our room we were told we would be given WIFI info. While a password was provided, it did not work. We asked 2 times and were given the same information each time and never gained access. The room itself was lacking in cleanliness and hygiene. We had to call for help and staff was very upset about this. We were in the dark because the lightbulb was not correctly installed. The shower handle had fallen off when it was turned on and scalded my hand when trying to shut it off ultimately flooding the bathroom. We asked to get this issue fixed too. The maintenance person yelled at us the entire time he was fixing stuff around the unit. We felt unsafe at this point but had no where else to go so we stayed the night. Upon checking out, we were verbally harassed and called imbecile because we left the key on the table in the room as they had instructed us to do. It has been the WORST hotel experience in all of my travel history. STAY AWAY from this place. I am concerned that EXPEDIA would allow this property be listed with as many safety hazards and nonexistent customer care.

Personale gentile. Ci hanno sistemato in un appartamento più grande di quello che avevamo prenotato senza costi aggiuntivi. Sistemazione al terzo piano con ascensore che ogni tanto si bloccava e con wi- fi che non prendeva, mancanza di asciugacapelli, che dovevamo continuamente chiedere e riportare. Doccino malfunzionante e acqua calda insufficiente per 3 persone.

da evitare in assoluto

prenotato all'ultimo minuto. Camera matrimoniale a 95 Euro con colazione inclusa. Camera con 2 letti accostati. Box doccia in condizioni pietose, gancio per la doccia rotto e quindi abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia tenendo la doccetta in mano. Niente aria condizionata. Colazione al chioschetto del loro lido limitata a brioche e cappuccino. Sensazione di poca sicurezza visto che sia il cancelletto che il cancello auto dopo mezzanotte erano ancora aperti. Sporco ovunque. Se avessi dormito in macchina al mattino mi sarei trovato nelle stesse condizioni fisiche e avrei risparmiato 95 Euro.

dovevamo solo dormirci, ma decisamente deludente

In viaggio verso il Salento, dovevamo far sosta per riposare e non siamo riusciti a trovar di meglio. Stanza minuscola, nessun ventilatore (che ci sarebbe dovuto essere), gran caldo, rumori dalla strada... Fortunatamente ero talmente stanco che mi sono addormentato ugualmente. Moglie e figlia, invece si sono godute gli schiamazzi notturni di questo casermone-residence veramente brutto. Unica nota positiva, la colazione in spiaggia il mattino dopo. 100 euro per tutto questo mi sembrano veramente uno sproposito

Struttura al limite non fanno manutenzioni da anni non c'e' aria condizionata ne ventilatorino retini il frigo era fatiscente ho soggiornato solo una notte. buona la pulizia della camera e la gentilezza del personale.
