großer landesüblicher guterhaltener Bauerhof in der Natur

positiv zu bewerten ist die Lage des Objekts mit einem großen Grundstück , viel Freiraum für Kinder und der große Pool. Atmosphäre und Idylle sind sehr zu empfehlen. Jaime, der Gärtner pflegt die Anlage und den Pool sehr gut. Der Verantwortliche ist nicht sehr zuverlässig. des Weiteren sticken es aus den Abflüssen von Badewanne und Waschtisch. Wir haben extra Raumdüfte gekauft. Für die an verschiedenen Stellen auftretenden Ameisen haben wir noch Ameisenfallen gekauft. die aufgestellten haben nicht gereicht. Wir haben keine Essenreste liegen gelassen, weil wir uns in ländlichen Gegenden auf Mallorca auskennen.

Super tolle Lage, man hat keine Nachbarn die einen stören oder die man stören könnte. 10 min. mit dem Auto zum nächsten Supermarkt. Jeden Morgen kommt jemand das Außengelände reinigen und fragt ob alles in Ordnung ist, der Pool wird auch jeden Tag kontrolliert und gereinigt (morgens um 6:30). Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos. In jedem Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage, welche auch einwandfrei funktionieren. Das einzig negative sind die Betten, dort müssten die Matratzen mal erneuert werden, diese sind sehr durchgelegen. Alles in allem eine wirklich super schöne, und toll gelegene Finca mit einem klasse Pool.

Schon bei Check-In waren wir begeistert von der Unterkunft, vorallem von dem sehr schön angelegten Grundstück und der Aufteilung im Haus. Bei Ankunft standen uns bereits ein paar Snacks, Säfte und gemachte Eiswürfel zur Verfügung. Jedoch mussten wir daraufhin feststellen, dass alltägliche Dinge in der Küche fehlten. Von Öl über Gewürze (inkl. Salz und Pfeffer) bis hin zu Müllbeutel oder Putzlappen. Aber Holzkohle für den Grill stand schon parat. Für 5 Personen oder 4 Personen plus ein Paar sind die Schlafplätze perfekt. Das "Doppelbett" ist ziemlich klein. Wir waren 6 Mädels, sodass die 2 in dem Doppelbett sehr wenig Platz hatten und nicht so gut schlafen konnten. Nichts desto trotz sind wir begeistert von Unterkunft, da es sehr sauber und alles da war, was das Herz begehrt und zur Erholung beiträgt. Nicht zu vergessen sind die bereitgestellten Strandhandtücher und Sonnenliegen für jede Person. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich draußen und im/am Pool aufgehalten. Dabei gibt es in einem Raum zum Pool einen separaten Kühlschrank inkl. TK-Fach. Außerdem befindet sich direkt nebenan ein Duschbad inkl. Waschmaschine und Bügelmöglichkeiten. Umfassend können wir die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Überragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
