This beautiful country house is located near the village of Campos, in the Southern area of Mallorca.

Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc., will be within your reach and some of the best beaches on the island such as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita and Sa Colonia, will be just 10 minutes by car.



The cosy Mallorcan farmhouse has stone walls both inside and outside, vaulted ceilings and 150 m² of living space with capacity for 5 people. It offers a cosy living-dining room with two sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, WiFi... and a kitchen, with an open concept, fully equipped.

One bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms have three single beds, both have air conditioning. It has two bathrooms, one of them on the ground floor and the second on the first floor.



The estate is characterised by having a delicately maintained outdoor area, in the beautiful garden you will see all types of Mediterranean plants and will discover several areas to sit and enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean climate.

There is a barbecue, a ping pong table, a large 8x4m swimming pool that will delight both adults and children on the hottest days.
