Entspannung pur

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit der Familie. Alles was man braucht im Haus vorhanden. Bäcker, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Ein paar Schritte vom Haus die Möglichkeit über die Felsen ins Meer zu steigen, der Sandstrand ist aber auch mit Kindern fussläufig zu erreichen. Um einen Mietwagen sollte man sich rechtzeitig kümmern, den gibt's in Palma oder der Nachbarstadt und braucht etwas Vorlaufzeit. Alles in allem ein gelungener und entspannter Aufenthalt:)

Großartiger Aufenthalt und gute Lage

Ethan hat uns als Gastgeber super geholfen und Luz hat sich um alle Probleme vor Ort gekümmert. Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber dennoch noch sehr gut in Schuss! Ingesamt können wir diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Preis Leistung ist Top. Wir waren mit 9 Personen da.

Lovely and relaxing holiday

It’s a cute house with a wonderful garden and many different trees that produce a lot of shadow - which we were thankful for in this hot weather. Also, it has various locations for lounging like on the balcony or rooftop. Furthermore, the house is well equipped (swimming goggles, rubber ring for swimming, clothespins, internet on TV + free Netflix, coolers, sun shades, lemon squeezer machine etc.) The short distance to the sea as well as the bus connections were a great addition. Mostly, the sea is beautiful and very clean. When we arrived, we unfortunately couldn’t access the 1st floor because the right key was missing. But thanks to fast and helpful communication, the housekeepers came by soon and the problem was solved quickly. All in all it was a lovely and relaxing holiday in Sa Rápita! We would definetely come back!

Top Lage, sehr geräumiges Haus

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar…Bäcker, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Strand, Apotheke… Das Haus ist wirklich groß, mit viel Platz im Haus und im Garten mit Pool ( wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 9 Personen). Es ist insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr das neuste/ modernste. Jedoch sauber und ordentlich. Preis/ Leistung stimmt! Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation lief sehr schnell und problemlos. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Sa Rapita, vielen Dank !

Experiencia inmejorable

Puedo decir que los propietarios estuvieron atentos en todo momento a nuestras necesidades tanto antes de llegar al destino como durante nuestra estancia (nos dejaron toallas de playa, neveras portátiles de playa, sombrillas..). La casa está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos y estábamos a dos minutos de la playa más cercana. La zona es espectacularmente tranquila al tratarse de una zona residencial pero no muy lejos de las playas y calas que queríamos visitar. Estamos seguros de volver a elegirla si volvemos a Mallorca.

Confortevole villa bifamiliare

Villa spaziosa e molto confortevole, adatta a due famiglie. Si tratta come ben descritto nell'annuncio di due appartamenti ognuno con tre camere da letto e doppi servizi e comodi spazi esterni con anche una piscina fuori terra e relativa doccia. Cucina molto ben attrezzata, non manca davvero nulla. In giardino anche un ampio e funzionale bbq a gas. Host cortese ed attento a che tutto andasse bene.

Excellent accomodation, charming host, perfect location

The host / property manager was always very helpful, kind and highly flexible in any question. After a storm he immediately managed to start repairs in the house. Also helped us in various issues (like printing tickets etc). We were all very satisfied also with the house and equipment and with the location as well. The description of the property is correct; the house keeper was always to be reached without any delay.

Great week in the sun

We had a great time in Sa Rapita. The villa was lovely and spacious for 11 of us. Plenty of restaurants and a 40 minute walk to Es Trenc which was beautiful. Thank you Maria, Ethan and Angie for such great hospitality.

Fantastic house choice for a Holiday!

First of All Majorca is really beautiful, I have been there many times however this last experience was the best one for our family! We stayed in a fantastic house which is spacious we were very well Wellcomed also all the rooms were very organised and cleaned the house has everything little things you need to be more comfortable . Moreover with swimming pool which we had lots of fun with our family, neighbors were great in additional near of the best beaches in the Island with a beautiful view. Was the best experienced for us and we as a family truly recommend it ! For who wants a fantastic Holiday. Regiane

Super maison de vacances

Très bon accueil par Angie. Elle habite à côté et intervient immédiatement pour le moindre problème ou question. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir des boissons à l'arrivée dans le frigidaire ainsi que des fruits et autres nourritures diverses. La maison est très grande et très bien équipée (Climatisation, ventilation, WIFI, lave linge, sèche linge, four, lave vaisselle). Le matériel de cuisine est parfait, il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme à la maison. Endroit très calme (pas envahi par les touristes, pas d'immeubles) avec au bout de la rue un petit supermarché, une boulangerie, une pharmacie, un distributeur bancaire, des restaurants. Une magnifique plage à 10 minutes à pied. Possibilité de se baigner dans des petites criques à côté mais prévoir des chaussures. Angie prête des serviettes de plage. Un grand supermarché à 10km. La literie est bonne. Difficile de trouver des points négatifs : - il faut absolument une voiture. - les feuilles d'olivier sur la table et salon de jardin.

In der Regel ist es so, dass Unterkünfte auf Bildern besser aussehen als in echt doch hier war es genau andersrum! Wir waren überwältigt von dem geräumigen Haus das alles zu bieten hatte. Hinzu kommt die hervorragende Lage: - 2 Minuten zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit - 1 Minute zur nächsten Bar - 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle - 1 Minute bis zum Meer (Aquaschuhe äußerst empfehlenswert) Wir waren mit einer 8er Gruppe da und fanden es optimal, dass die Ortschaft nicht von Touristen überfüllt war. Ansonsten lief der Empfang reibungslos. Wir sind mit dem Bus eine Station zu weit gefahren und wurden dann von den Haushälterin sogar mit dem Auto abgeholt. Generell war die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin Maria und der Haushälterin Angie problemlos. Sie antworten schnell und haben uns alle Fragen, angefangen bei Buszeiten bis hin zu Pizzaempfehlungen, mit großem Engagement beantwortet. Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit in dem Haus vorallem durch die großartige Betreuung. Nur zu empfehlen!

Amazing, big and welcoming house that is located in a cozy small village 30-40 minutes from Palma.

A big, spatious house with really good and welcoming owners and host. After two days there me and my six friends felt as if we have been there for so long. Almost as if it was our real home. The house is fresh, personal and has a lot to offer guests that will stay there. I would really recommend anyone who would like to go on a nice and relaxed holiday to rent this house. You will not be disappointed.
