"I left after seeing the room. It was nasty and the bed smelled like urine. Don't base your stay on the Wyndham name. This place is not like any Wyndham I have ever stayed in. So disappointed. Lost $153. But, I couldn't even consider sleeping there. Went down the road to the Mount Whittier."

"Everything was fine until I got up in the morning to take a shower. NO HOT WATER! I was on a schedule to leave so I had to bypass the shower. I reported it at check out and requested a credit on my bill and was told by the person behind the desk that the manager would call me and a credit would be arranged. Three days have gone by and no one has called me. Don’t stay here if you will need a warm shower at any point or just plain hot water."

I love the activities, the pools, hot tubs, and saunas, and the clean quiet comfortable accommodations to come back to at the end of the day. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I left something behind this trip and housekeeping quickly located it in lost and found and are shipping it home to me. I appreciated the extra steps they took to make my stay great. I'll be back!"
