「We booked this hotel to celebrate an anniversary, and being located in Australia we wanted to reserve something special. Upon arrival it dawned on us that our dream euro trip wasn’t what we had anticipated. Our room looked out into the roof of the hotel, we asked to move rooms but we were told it would cost more money , having spent a substantial amount we decided to stay in the original room. We had originally booked the hotel as it had multiple facilities restaurants, swimming pools , bars...

「Rooms were nothing spectacular but they were very comfortable and kept clean, we always had fresh towels, and the air conditioning worked well. I appreciated the little balcony that overlooking the ocean Staff were kind and attentive The pool was a real highlight. Stunning views. Lots of shade, good service, nice music. 「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

「Everything was fantastic about the place with the exception of the lady that greeted us when we checked in. Never in all my travels have I been treated so rudely and dismissive as this woman who seemed upset that she had to deal with my daughters and I. Everyone and everything else was five star. I just chalked it up to she was having a bad day, but it was a real disappointing “welcome.”」

「Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wir haben kostenfrei ein Upgrade für das Zimmer erhalten, hatten einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Pool und das Meer, sehr leckeres Frühstück, nur das Essen an der Poolbar war nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten alles top!」
