“Great location and amenities!! Most staff friendly but bar and cleaning staff less friendly. Raised a concern with front desk and nothing was done about it. Loved the pool and access to ocean. Food quality really good !”

“Friendly and welcoming staff who speak good English and were quick to respond via message prior to our stay. Great location and plenty of nearby free parking. The room was stylish however not much space for luggage/items. Although the room came with a kettle and pod espresso machine, it was disappointing that the coffee pods were not replenished, and even the cups and sauces were not replaced after being clearly used. Also, although the air conditioning was great, a fridge would have been……

“冲着RCR设计的酒窖而去，住了两晚三卧独立度假屋。酒窖真的很美，光影与色彩，环境的和谐度令人惊叹，值得专程而去(就是酒店导游的英语有点儿听不懂，哈哈）。三卧独立度假屋也深得朋友们的喜爱，青绿的山坡围抱，面对一片葡萄园，远处蔚蓝的地中海在干净明媚的阳光中熠熠生辉。独立屋里的设施很好，客厅厨房都很大，大家觉得只待两晚完全不够啊哈哈。早餐也是实诚到一大早就给了很多西班牙火腿和冷肉。晚餐可以去外面超市（车程15分钟）买回来自己做，也可以去酒店主楼的米其林推荐餐厅尝尝加泰罗尼亚乡村菜，好吃而且量大，就这样的早餐和晚餐两天已经吃胖。周边特别值得推荐的是coast bravo 海岸线上的植物园（罗奇角）以及真心不想推荐的私藏美景-calallel小镇，惊艳到只能耿直地说太美。”

“Les 4 étoiles sont méritées pour l’extérieur où le cadre est exceptionnel. L’intérieur des logements n’est pas un 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très sympa Bémol : les cartes d’accès n’ont pas fonctionnées par 3 fois le petit déjeuner mériterait plus de fruits du vrai jus d’orange. Un peu plus de discipline à la piscine faire respecter les règles aux enfants bruyants qui sautent en permanence alors que c’est interdit. Le séjour y a été agréable ”

“The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!”

“Average stay with dishonest staff. We booked a double room (1 double bed for 2 people), but were given a twin room (2 single beds for 2 people) instead. When we raised this with staff, they said the hotel only had twin rooms, but we then noticed that one of the rooms being cleaned was a double room! Two other things that were quite bad: (1) the swimming pool is very small and has very few seats next to it, and (2) the vending machine will take your money and won’t give you what you paid for”

“Hotel was immaculately clean. Would not recommend value for money. Absolutely everything is extra and rediculously extra. The staff appear to be trying too hard yet not nailing the quality of service that reflects what you are paying for. Rooms are not sound proof. We were in room 232B. Could hear the people next door use the toilet!!!!! Safe and fridge in room did not work and even asking several times for them to be repaired nothing was done Travel the extra mile and go to Montenegro to see……
