“Nice Apartment, all as described and super nice hosts and communication in advance and easy check in / out!! Around the flat are many Restaurants, bars ,hotels and entertainment bars, till around 1am it could be very busy around (at least in September/summer), just good to know if someone likes more quiet evenings.”

“He ido a conocer un poquito La sierra de Tramuntana y muy bien. Llegar a son Flo y descansaren esa finca perfecto. Pena (que en abril es difícil ) que las piscinas no estén en marcha.”

“Wir haben traumhafte 10 Tage auf Mallorca als Familie in der Wohnung verbracht. Vom ersten Kontakt, über Begrüßung bis hin zur Abreise lief alles reibungslos und sehr gut. Die Wohnung hat eine persönliche Note, es ist nahezu alles vorhanden, sogar Spielzeug/Bücher für unsere beiden Jungs. Das hat uns u.a. besonders gut gefallen. Die Anlage selbst wirkt sehr gepflegt und der große Pool war das I-Tüpfelchen. Fußläufig, etwa 900 m befindet sich der Strand Cala Anguila, der sehr empfehlenswert ist.……

“We had a great 7 night stay. Perfect couples' apartment. Enjoyed walking to the many bars and restaurants . Good sized shower room. Comfy bed. Parking in town was okay and free - sometimes a bit busy to find a parking space but always did. Several small supermarkets within walking distance. Recommend.”

“Wie schon mehrfach hier erwähnt, befindet sich die Wohnung in einer traumhaften Lage, mit herrlichem Meerblick. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ, die Wohnung wurde uns sauber übergeben. Wenn man nicht in eines der nahegelegenen Restaurants gehen will, stehen in der Küche ein 2-fach Cerankochfeld und ein Backofen zur Verfügung. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.”

“El apartamento es espacioso, con unas buenas vistas y el trato del anfitrion es muy agradable desde el primer dia. Todo esto lo valoraria con un 10. Lo malo es que en el anuncio pone que el servicio de limpieza es opcional y una vez alquilado te avisa de que tienes que pagar un suplemento de 65 euros por servicio de limpieza. Lo que en nuestro caso que estuvimos 4 dias encarecio mucho el precio final. Lo de mas todo muy bien.”

“Great apartment with what you need. Kitchen, enough bedroom and plenty of space. In the middle of Alcudia with shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The beach is within walking distance with sun loungers and fantastic swimming opportunities. Will certainly be back at the next opportunity.”

“Very clean, neat and tidy apartment. Has a lovely pool in the property, approx 10m x 5m. A small personal front garden to relax in. Beach is a 1 minute walk away. Local spar supermarket is also only 1 minute walk away. Various beach side restaurants are all within walking distance. It takes about 20-25 mins to walk up the promenade to the main port and little square with even more restaurants. There is a taxi rank along side the square and it’s approx a 7 euro taxi ride to the apartment. The……

“Awesome food with good variation, friendly staff, quiet area, a lot of activities for children, great pool but not heated as advertised. ”

“All was good. Very friendly people. Hotel's restaurant is very spacious with very quick and efficient staff. Food was as expected. Hotel holds 4 stars, but would say it is 3 star plus. The reason is bathroom is out of date, WiFi speed is bad plus you have to pay for it. There is 1h free per day but it is useless. In my opinion if you sell Internet, make sure it has no issues. All in all was satisfying ”
