“Nice and convenient hotel. ”

“This was the nicest Best Western that we ever stayed in. Very clean. No smell what so ever in the whole place. Even the towels had no detergent smell. And my sister is very sensitive to smells and use to staying in high end places. Best of all: great mattresses and pillows. Good breakfast selections. Pleasant employees. Great place to stay and close to everything in Mystic.”

“Generally speaking,it’s ok.clean and odorless.but the refrigerator is too noisy.The fly in the ointment is the price of a room reservation ,and the actual payment is 20 dollars higher than the booked price per room.”

“The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”

“My car window was smashed, the bathtub had no waterproof curtain, and the shower water splashed all over the bathroom? I feel very bad!”
