The chalet of cannadugia is amazing!! Service is top notch and the cabin is so romantic. Food was awesome. If you want a place to get away from everyday life book a stay at the chalet of cannadugia you won't be disappointed.
Amazing home in the woods. It was relaxing, clean and comfortable. The hosts are so personable, helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. And the breakfast was delicious! Tons of activities to try out in the area. We will definitely be going back for a longer stay.
We had a great first experience......the room was super comfortable, clean and cozy. A great mix of modern and rustic. The bathroom was the best part- huge soaking tub, a towel warmer and a local artisan soap. We were able to relax on the porch and enjoy the quiet. Dessert was left out for us at 8pm and we loved every bite! The breakfast was superb- like from a 5 star restaurant. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They truly made us feel at home!
I have to share not only the true beauty of this spacious property, the peacefulness, glorious accommodations, attention to detail, and gourmet meals but would be remiss to not compliment the lovely hostesses whose personalities add so much to your experience here. You are at home! They even requested our likes and dislikes in preparation of our meals (I appreciate so much as the fussy eater I am!) and record these for future visits. We love to relax in the large soaking tub in the evening, choose a movie to watch and enjoy the delicious dessert that is offered each night. Hugs to Pattie and Margaret! And thank you for the lighted candles at breakfast to celebrate our anniversary! We shall return!
Our hosts Margaret and Pattie were welcoming and very helpful. The dessert that evening was a special touch (and they even packaged one up for our son who was staying off site). Breakfast was fantastic. We loved the setting and the accommodations. We will certainly return.
This property and the women running it were outstanding! The grounds were beautiful, the service was exceptional, the breakfast was incredible! We visited from a far distance and the staff was so helpful in giving us pointers on things to do, although relaxing at the property was among our favorite activities!
Exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend!
My husband and I recently stayed at the Chalet of Canandaigua. We had a great time. Pattie and Margaret, the innkeepers, were very personable and fun to chat with. They know the area very well and had many suggestions regarding dining and things to do. Our guest room was very clean and comfortable. The food served at the Chalet of Canandaigua was phenomenal! It was very unique and absolutely delicious. We will certainly be staying here again. I can't wait to go back to the Chalet of Canandaigua!
My wife and I had a great time. The hosts were awesome, the property and house were amazing, and the breakfast was absolutely first rate. We will be returning, and we will be recommending it to friends and family.
The Chalet is the absolute best place we have ever stayed! We enjoyed the Lee Suite for 2 days. We felt as if we were welcomed into our friends' home. The bed was comfortable. We had an enormous soaking tub. The setting is so peaceful. We had dessert each night. Every detail was considered. Margaret & Pattie scheduled a personal wine tour for us with Stompin' Good Times (which was absolutely fabulous!).
We ate our delicious gourmet 3-course breakfasts on the patio each morning. We are still thinking about the roasted pear and the deviled eggs! It is very clear how much Margaret enjoys cooking and doing it for others. I am vegetarian, and that was carefully considered when she planned our breakfasts.
We hope to make it back very soon!
Had a fabulous two night stay at this lovely b&b. We were made so welcome by the owners. Our every need was catered for and the breakfasts were superb. The evening desserts were a bonus. Our room was large, comfortable and cosy. Would definitely recommend this place.
My wife and I had a great time at the Chalet of Canandaigua. Pattie & Margaret made us feel like part of the family. Their breakfasts were tremendous and our room was cozy and comfortable. Thanks for a great get-away!
My wife and I have traveled worldwide, and while we have found many lodgings we enjoy, we have found few that combine comfort and hospitality to the degree that the Chalet does. The breakfasts are unique and delicious, and personal - prepared with each guest's preferences in mind. Our room was comfortable, but that comfort extended to the great room and porch where we were treated like family - or better! This was our third visit - each one has been thoroughly enjoyable. It most certainly will not be our last!
The Chalet at Canandaigua B&B is an extraordinary establishment created by two amazing ladies. They attend to every last detail, making you feel very well taken care of. The setting is gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place!
Stayed one night while dining at the wine and culinary center and had a wonderful experience. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed. Loved the soaking tub.
