With bus stop at your door, a 5 minutes walk into light-rail station and heart of Canberra CBD, short distance to almost all attractions in Canberra, and surrounded by government departments and offices.

Fully furnished apartment with very comfortable queen size bed (linen and towels are included), free secured parking, free Wifi internet, TV with built-in Netflix, stylish furnitures, air-conditioning with heating and cooling, coffee machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Kitchen comes complete with all the essentials (toaster, kettle, microwave), brand new top of the range, appliances, cookware and cutlery.

Absolutely wonderful property. Great communication to get into the property during normal hours. Comfortable and all the items needed to cater for meals, if you need to be self sufficient. Close to the transport interchange. I would certainly stay here again if it remains in my budget.

Another great stay!
Our second stay in this great little apartment! What a fabulous location! Close to restaurants, shops, theatre. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need including off street parking. This is our ‘go to’ now when we visit Canberra.
